Delve Solutions sells subscriptions to the Delve-Saarthi platform, which is software delivered over the internet. We do not ship any physical goods, and no shipping or delivery charges apply.
Your purchase is access to the modules listed in your Order Form, for the number of users stated in it:

| Adding a module or users | Switched on for your existing company and data | When the addition is accepted online or in writing |
| Restoring access after suspension | Sign-in opens again | Within two (2) working days of receiving all outstanding amounts (Terms clause 6.7) |
Delivery is complete when your Company Admin can sign in to the modules you paid for. If your Company Admin has not received sign-in details within the times above, email helpdesk@delvesolutions.in and we will resend them.
The platform is hosted in India (Mumbai, asia-south1) and is sold to companies in India. It can be used anywhere with an internet connection.
Where a pharmaceutical company runs a chemist loyalty programme on Delve Rewards, that company chooses, dispatches and delivers every reward it approves (Terms clause 12.3). Delve Solutions does not ship rewards. Questions about a reward’s delivery should go to the company that runs the programme.
